Oregon played pivotal role in case against Boy Scouts

More than 95,000 claims have been filed across the nation against the Boy Scouts of America alleging sexual abuse. A case in Portland played a vital role in bringing everything to light. Ten years ago, in a Multnomah County courtroom, a jury sided with Kerry Lewis, awarding him nearly $20 million in a sex abuse lawsuit against the Boy Scouts.
