Richard M. Martini was accused of abuse of a boy 1990-91 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Seminary, per archdiocese.

A suit was filed in 12/03. Archdiocese said it investigated and allegations were unfounded. The suit was settled as part of 12/06 $60M settlement involving 22 priests. Transferred to new assignment, parishioners not told of past allegations. He was then named in a suit filed in 10/18 and was still an active parish priest in 10/18.
