Andrew Roy

Andrew Roy, also known as Andres Rodriguez, was ordained for the Los Angeles Archdiocese and moved to Virginia in 1956. He retired in 1981 and was later sued in 2003. Roy was accused of abuse in the Richmond, VA diocese.

As of 2004 Roy, at age 92, was living in Spain and had Alzheimers disease.
