Albert Mengon was formerly a teacher at Salesian High in Richmond. He was accused in court documents in two depositions taken in 2006. He allegedly abused youth at a Salesian camp and worked in the Oakland diocese. In 1998 and in 2005 he was working in Sierra Leone, West Africa and he was last known to be working at Our Lady Help of Christians in Watsonville as of 2011.
