Rev. Albert Joseph Duggan

A report sent to the L.A. police in 2001 included that Albert Joseph Duggan sexually abused a boy, age 12, in 1969 at St. Frances in Azusa, CA. He was then accused of abusing a boy from 1963-67 at the same parish in a 11/21/03 suit. The L.A. archdiocesan report on 2/17/04 counted 3 alleging abuse cases between 1963 and 1971, presumably the 2001 and 2003 complainants and one other. The 2001 complainant was included in a $660M LA settlement on 7/14/07.

Duggan retired in 1976 and died in September 1979. His personnel file “proffer” released January 2013.
