Rev. Thomas Warren was accused of abuse of five minors in 1991, according to a 2004 L.A. archdiocesan report. Reportedly in 2004, his name was added to a list of accused priests affiliated with the Diocese of Tucson. Warren died in 2001 and Tucson says no known victims are located there.
