Adalbert Kowalczyk was sued in 2002 and accused of abuse of at least one girl in a suit that was first filed in 1993 and dismissed on statute of limitations. He worked in Chicago early in his priesthood and died in July 1972. Kowalczyk was included on a list of priests with credible allegations released by the San Diego diocese on 3/30/07. The personnel file was released on 10/25/10.
