Criminal Cases

Paul Mones provides expert consulting services to attorneys nationwide in parricides, domestic violence homicides and battered person defenses. Mr. Mones has assisted counsel in these cases throughout the United States. Additionally he has provided consulting services to attorneys in Australia and Canada.

Paul Mones is also available to serve as an expert witness in the sentencing phase of a patricide or matricide case. He has testified as an expert witness in Oklahoma, West Virginia and New York.

Domestic Relations Cases

Paul Mones provides expert consulting services to attorneys in custody cases on matters concerning the mental health needs of children. This work includes but is not limited to: the recommendation of appropriate mental health treatment providers and expert witnesses; the evaluation of allegations of child abuse;  the evaluation of  allegations of domestic violence on custody decisions and analyzing and assessing educational and behavioral treatment programs for children with psychological and emotional problems.
